Shauna listens carefully and answers questions appropriately. She makes both me and my husband comfortable at each appointment. I feel assured knowing that my prenatal care is being managed by her.

Shauna Pagel had reviewed my history before the appointment which was wonderful because it showed that she cared enough to prepare and it freed up time to discuss the concerns and questions I had. She was patient, thorough and listened well. She is clearly very knowledgeable about menopause and I appreciated the education/information she gave me. I am a clinician in another medical field and tend to research sometimes a bit too much and unfortunately I have had providers (not at Metro) not take too kindly to this. But Shauna didn't seem phased by it and actually was collaborative and talked to me on more of a peer manner. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family especially if struggling with any stage of menopause.
