- Get in line for rapid access to a provider via video visit
- For minor illnesses and injuries
- Available for ages 6 and above
- Seven days a week - 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Covered by any insurance plan MetroHealth accepts, including Medicare and Medicaid
- No Insurance? Self-pay visits are a flat $65
Same-Day Virtual Care
- Same-day access to a provider via video visit
- Select the provider you want to see at the time that works for you
- For health concerns you need to address today, including medication refills
- Available for ages 6 years and above
- Monday thru Sunday - 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Covered by any insurance plan MetroHealth accepts, including Medicare and Medicaid
- No insurance? Self-pay visits are a flat $65
Virtual Primary Care
- Convenient appointments built for when and where you need care
- For those looking to build a lasting relationship with a dedicated primary care provider who will help you meet your long-term health goals
- Referrals to virtual integrated behavioral health
- Available for ages 18 years and above
- Monday thru Friday - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Covered by any insurance plan MetroHealth accepts, including Medicare and Medicaid
- No insurance? Self-pay visits are a flat $65

Virtual Urgent Care
- Care for an illness, injury or condition serious enough to seek care right away, but not so severe it requires emergency room care
- You will see the earliest available provider with typical wait times 10-15 minutes
- Visits typically last 15 minutes
- Great for unexpected medical concerns that need attention now
Same-Day Virtual Care
- Go-to solution for unexpected, immediate primary care-related needs like medication refills and medical condition questions
- Typically lasts 15 minutes
- Allows you to choose a time during the day that is convenient for you
Virtual Primary Care
- Allows for in-depth discussions about your overall health, preventive care, and the management of chronic conditions, like diabetes,hypertension, and high cholesterol
- Typically lasts for 20-30 minutes
- Build a long-term relationship with a primary care provider virtually
- Schedule your virtual visit for later
All of your virtual care is coordinated with your other providers at MetroHealth (in-person and virtual)
All of your information is centrally stored in your medical record and MyChart
Visits are covered by any insurance accepted by MetroHealth ($65 if paying without insurance)
