How courteous they were

I absolutely love that she came in, she communicated with us, and she actually listened to what was going on. Our previous physician hadn't really done her research, and not even I would say research, but she hadn't read through my grandmother's chart and pretty much knew her background, knew her history, knew everything that was going on. And this wonderful, wonderful woman that you guys have on your team came in, she said, okay, well, I've gone over your lab work, I've gone over your history, and she made all the recommended for getting my granny back straight, and I'm very appreciative. I've been freaking angry this last year with the care we've been, and I wasn't digging that because this is my grandmother's life at the end of the day.

Kristi Davis listens, very thoughtful and thorough. Her beside manner is awesome and is practically nonexistent in 2026. Her smile and welcoming manner is infectious and should be contagious.
